This policy explains how CHINA SUGU collects, uses, protects, retains and deletes information submitted in connection with its services.

1. Data controller
Information is processed by CHINA SUGU, a China-based intermediation service operated by Badjan Cissé.

2. Scope
This policy applies to information submitted through the CHINA SUGU website, by email, through WhatsApp or during a business exchange concerning purchasing, sourcing, verification or shipping services.
3. Information we may collect
CHINA SUGU collects only the information reasonably necessary to understand, review and process a request.
- First and last name;
- Company name, when provided;
- Country and city;
- Email address and WhatsApp number;
- Requested product, quantity, budget, destination and timeline;
- Messages, instructions and commercial information;
- Photos, links, specifications and attached documents;
- Minimal technical data necessary for website operation and security.
4. Purposes of processing
Collected information may be used for the following purposes:
- Reviewing the feasibility of a request;
- Responding to messages and quotation requests;
- Carrying out necessary sourcing and coordination;
- Preparing a quotation or commercial recommendation;
- Following up an order or shipment;
- Preventing abuse, spam and security incidents;
- Maintaining a reasonable professional communication history;
- Complying with applicable legal or administrative obligations.
5. Sensitive information and confidential documents
The form is not intended to receive medical information, passwords, biometric data, complete banking details, passport copies or identity documents.
Such documents should only be provided when exceptionally necessary, clearly requested by CHINA SUGU and transmitted through an agreed appropriate channel.
6. Service providers and international transfers
CHINA SUGU uses technical service providers that may process certain information in different countries.
- Vercel: hosting, server functions, security and temporary storage;
- Resend: transmission of emails generated by the forms;
- Google/Gmail: receipt and retention of business communications;
- WhatsApp/Meta: when the client voluntarily chooses WhatsApp communication.
7. Information retention
Information is retained only for a period reasonably necessary to process the request, manage the business relationship, ensure security or comply with applicable obligations.

The seven-day deletion period applies to the website’s temporary storage. Emails and received attachments may be retained for longer under the periods described above.
8. Security
CHINA SUGU applies reasonable measures designed to limit unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Files submitted with a request are placed in private temporary storage. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Sharing and commercial use
CHINA SUGU does not sell or rent clients’ personal information.
Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the service, partners necessary to process an operation or where required by law.
CHINA SUGU suppliers, contacts and logistics networks remain confidential.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of certain information concerning you.
You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Requests should be sent to chinasugu.bc@gmail.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
11. Testimonials and public content
A testimonial, name, photo or other client information will only be published with the client’s permission.
The client may request removal of a testimonial by contacting CHINA SUGU.
12. Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, service providers, internal practices or applicable requirements.
